Established in 1972 in Ashton-in-Makerfield by Kevin Fayle, Fayle Transport moved to its current location in Chorley, with a primary role servicing the packaging industry with curtain sided vehicles, which is still part of the company business. Over the years the company has grown and moved its primary role into the transport of structural steelwork and construction based materials on its fleet of articulated and rigid vehicles.

The company also has a fleet of extendable trailers capable of moving loads up to 23 metres long. It also specialises in wide/abnormal loads with an escort vehicle facility.

Trailer hire and forklift loading and unloading are also available.

The company prides itself in a friendly, no nonsense approach, and drawing on our many years of experience, assuring our customers of a reliable and professional service.

Fayle Transport is a member of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) which is an industry-led accreditation scheme that aims to promote road freight as a safe and sustainable mode of transportation in a way that supports economic growth and environmental targets whilst helping to improve our quality of life.
